We ship within the United Kingdom only, and every order is dispatched from the UK.

Delivery Details

Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 pm (GMT). Orders placed before 5:00 pm on a business day are processed the same day. Orders placed after 5:00 pm, on weekends, or on bank holidays are processed the next business day.
Processing Time: 1–3 business days (Mon to Fri)
Transit Time: 4–8 business days (Mon to Fri)
Total Delivery Time: 5–11 business days (Mon to Fri)

Multiple Addresses

We do not support multiple shipping addresses in a single order. For multiple destinations, please place separate orders.

Order Status & Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates. If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, email us at contact@norfloor.shop with your name and order number.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition. If your item arrives damaged, email us with your order number and a photo and we will make it right. For full details, please see our Refund Policy.
